I use many sources and methods to solve problems. With this being said, I lean toward being the “explorer”. I know that gathering information from different perspectives helps me to finalize my decision. My philosophy is the better the understanding the better the results. Using “facts, theories, concepts, rules, data, feelings, and impression,” makes one considerate all the possibilities to solving a problem. Although I am an open-minded person, I have to choose which method works. In order for me to make a decision, I choose a mathematical system, process of elimination. I choose which one(s) are able to get the job done better.
My weakness is in being “artist.” I wish I was an artist because I want to be able to think outside of the box. I am not able to see beyond what I have or someone has already seen. I have the notion that everything has been done already, which I know is not true. I do not take the time out to think the impossible because I am busy thinking that it is still impossible. I ask the question “what if,”in my head. I sometimes second guess myself if I have never tried a new method. I like to know and not guess. There is a reason why I like math and not reading. In math there are rules that are followed. When reading one is open to interpret and not know, there is no right or wrong.
I am not the “warrior” because I do believe in trying. I believe that not trying is failing. There is no such thing as finding the right solution if one has not tried all others. I do not believe that if the solution is not pursued then the idea was worthless. I know that if the solution has not been pursued then the idea lacks information and is either missing or one is forgetting a valuable piece to the puzzle. I do believe that change is inevitable. Engineers prove that change is inevitable through there innovations.

Your organization style is very easy to follow. Your transitions from strengths to weaknesses to providing evidence and analysis are well done.
